Greetings! My name is Adrian Bonnin and have decided to create a website as of September 1st 2017. My intention is to use this website as a platform to express my experiments, work, and thoughts behind architecture. I hope to communicate my projects to other aspiring designers or anyone who also shares a passion in architecture. While I tend to mainly upload architectural work, I also experiment with any distant cousin of the spacial realm (such as: art and physical models-as they too have played a crucial role in my comprehension of proportions and relational thinking). My end goal is to utilize this website as a creative outlet to demonstrate my passions, improve my design skills, expand my knowledge, and hopefully inspire others.
As of today, I have one year of international experience in London, where I worked at the capacity of an Arch II, primarily in delivering planning applications to London councils and as an Autodesk license manager. I have two years of professional experience as an Arch I, in healthcare design and international competition work at Perkins + Will, where I then climbed to become a Design Technology Leader, and ultimately Leader of Digital Fabrication, tasked with 3D printing operations.
My academic background is one that holds a Masters in Architecture from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and a double Bachelors in Architecture and Mathematics from Miami University at Oxford (beautiful towns, check them out)!
